Celebrate the returning of the light, fresh blooms, and endless prana with our third annual Spring Equinox Immersion: Sound, Mind, Body.
Join Dawn and her husband Craig for a visceral journey through sound, movement and stillness.

Craig mixes music and sound live while Dawn leads an energetic Flow followed by Yin and Restorative; ending with Yoga Nidra techniques and a long Savasana while Craig bathes you in sound.

Immersion is designed utilizing four high-fidelity speakers to create the immersive three-dimensional soundscape. Music and sound is played at an amplitude you will feel. You not only hear the sound, you will feel it envelop your senses.

The practice is coupled with electronic music, natural sounds, visceral tonal vibrations, delta waves, and binaural beats to stimulate your senses and facilitate mind-body integration.

This is more than yoga with a DJ; they have curated emotive music and sound to take you on a journey inwards, moving towards a deep meditative state.

Immersion is a unique interactive, movement, and sound experience, a shared energetic experience by all who participate. As presented at Bass Coast Music Festival for 6 years running. All levels are welcome, no yoga experience needed.

If you are sensitive to sound, please note that louder music and sound is part of the experience.
